Organization Expedition Policies:
PAYMENT POLICY:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Spaces on these expeditions are limited and typically planned far in advance.
EXPEDITION CANCELLATION POLICY:
We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance for protection in case they have to cancel a trip for any reason or there is any unforeseen trip cancellation or interruption. There are no refunds for lost days of expedition, hotel stays, diving, snorkeling or any activity planned by Shark Team One due to weather, trip delays, injury, illness, acts of god, equipment issues or for any other reason. Some expeditions require mandatory trip, medical and evacuation insurance.
DAN INSURANCE:
Dive accident and evacuation insurance is mandatory on all scuba diving expeditions.
CAMERA GEAR INSURANCE:
Remember to insure your camera gear.
PAYMENT OF EXPEDITION BALANCE:
We reserve the right to sell any spot that is not paid in full 90 days before expedition departure.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
In general, please note that our transportation transfers are group transfers. This means you will travel with a group and they are only valid for travel day/time slots as outlined in your Expedition Booklet. If you are traveling outside the start and end date of any expedition, the transfer costs will be your own responsibility. Also note, if your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours on the first day of expedition, we will work to accommodate your transfer but are not responsible for costs incurred by the private transfer.
